One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) a four (4) night stay in a standard double occupancy room at the Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort in Palm Harbor, Florida, (ii) daily breakfast for two, (iii) two (2) rounds of golf at Innisbrook, and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Valspar PGA Tour Championship in March 2016 (game play dates are TBD) at Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club. Hotel stay and golf rounds must be redeemed during the month of March, 2016 and is subject to availability. Some restrictions apply. All other expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, airfare, other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, baggage handling fees, taxes, and other transportation are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,500 USD. Prize Winner shall reasonably cooperate with Sponsor to arrange for the prompt booking of hotel stay. Any additional fees or penalties incurred as a consequence of any changes made to any travel arrangements after they are booked that are made at the request of the Grand Prize Winner are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation. 2. Twenty-five (25) Instant Winners will each receive one (1) gallon of Valspar paint of their choosing (ARV $35.00 USD per can). The total ARV of all prizes is $3,375 USD.
