From there click the upload photo button and follow the prompts to provide your information (Instagram or Facebook login information, name and email) to submit your photo for entry. You will be prompted to upload your photo (“Submitted Material”) from your computer, Instagram account, or Facebook account.
THE PHOTO, TO THE EXTENT IT INCLUDES AN IMAGE OR LIKENESS OF AN INDIVIDUAL, MAY ONLY INCLUDE THE IMAGE OR LIKENESS OF ENTRANT AND NO OTHER INDIVIDUAL. To be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes and to appear on the #CharlieOnTheGo Sweepstakes page photo gallery, all Submitted Material must include one (1) of the following: (i) StarKist® branded merchandise; (ii) a StarKist® product; (iii) Charlie® the Tuna; (iv) the StarKist® logo; or (iv) a positive reflection of Charlie® the Tuna’s brand and personality and/or attire. All photo submissions for that day will automatically receive one (1) entry into that day’s daily Sweepstakes in addition to one (1) entry into the grand prize Sweepstakes.
Users may enter the daily and grand prize Sweepstakes multiple times per day. Multiple photos selected at once in the submission screen will only count as one (1) entry. Non-winning entries from each day will not be carried over to the subsequent day. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification of participant and voiding of all of participant’s entries.
Each day beginning on July 1, 2014, through August 9, 2014, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Daily Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible entries received on that day. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
TOTAL OF FORTY (40) DAILY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: There will be a total of forty (40) Daily Sweepstakes Prize winners. Each Daily Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive: (1) StarKist ® Charlie raft, one (1) StarKist ® Sorry Charlie T-shirt, one (1) pair of StarKist® ear buds, one (1) StarKist baseball cap, and two (2) product vouchers for free StarKist® Pouch products. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Daily Prize package is $50.00 each. TOTAL ARV OF DAILY PRIZES: $2,000.
TOTAL OF ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) StarKist ® Charlie raft, one (1) StarKist ® Sorry Charlie T-shirt, one (1) pair of StarKist® ear buds, one (1) StarKist baseball cap, one (1) Wi-Fi enabled camera, one (1) selfie stick, one (1) online photo printing service gift certificate, and two (2) product vouchers for free StarKist® Pouch products ARV of Grand Prize package is $600.00.
Total ARV of All Prizes: $2,600.00. Limit three (3) prizes per person for duration of the Sweepstakes.
