One (1) winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA from March 17, 2015 to March
18, 2015 to see a concert on the Honda Stage at the iHeartRadio Theater LA on March 17. 2015. Trip includes: (i) two
(2) tickets to see the concert at the Honda Stage on March 17, 2015; (ii) round-trip, domestic coach, air transportation
for the winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by
Company in its sole discretion) within the 50 U.S./D.C. to Los Angeles, CA; (iii) one (1) double-occupancy, standard
