One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately Oct. 1, 2014, by an independent judging organization, and will be contacted by phone on or about Oct. 3, 2014.
Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a trip for two (2) to the set of Guy’s Grocery Games in Santa Rosa, Calif., which includes:
(i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Santa Rosa, California;
(ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); and
(iii) the opportunity to participate in a Grocery List Challenge, which will be filmed and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, aired on television and/or the Food Network website.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,500.
