One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000, and winner will identify a 501(c)(3) charity of choice (must be approved by Sponsor) to receive a donation of 5,000 lbs. of food. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00.
