Grand Prize
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting only of: (i) a GoPro Hero, and (ii) a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests which includes only the following:
ROUNDTRIP AIR TRANSPORTATION: roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to 3 guests from a United States gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tampa, Florida.
RENTAL CAR: SUV class rental car for five (5) days with car pick up and return at Tampa International Airport and from such company as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion.
HOTEL: Four (4) nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at TradeWinds Island Resorts located on St. Pete Beach.
ACTIVITY: Four (4) passes to “Swim with the Fishes” at TradeWinds Island Resorts. Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,094.00
FIRST Prize
THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES are available and consist only of: (i) one certificate redeemable for one (1) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipment, consisting of one (1) 30- serving kit which shall include one (1) bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin’ Dots product which shall be mailed to address provided by Winner in his/her Entry, said certificate expiring August 31, 2019; and (ii) free ground shipping of home delivery shipment redeemed pursuant to certificate. Potential winners shall be contacted and confirmed in accordance with the Prize Selection Process and shall obtain certificate from Sponsor via electronic mail which must be redeemed online at a website provided by Sponsor on or by the expiration date. Total First Prize ARV: $180.00
Actual retail value of Prizes may vary and no Prize Winner will receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. All Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein and at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $5,274.00 USD.
