Sweepstakes Drawings: Eleven (11) Grand Prize winners [one (1) from among all eligible Entries received overall, one (1) from Massachusetts-based entrants, one (1) from Nevada-based entrants, one (1) from Arizona-based entrants, one (1) from Pennsylvania-based entrants, one (1) from Delaware-based entrants, one (1) from Texas-based entrants; one (1) from California-based entrants, one (1) from Florida-based entrants, one (1) from Illinois-based entrants, and one (1) from New Jersey-based entrants] will be selected in separate random drawings on or about August 25, 2017 from among all eligible Entries received as indicated for each drawing during Entry Period 1 only. Six (6) Grand Prize winners [one (1) from among all eligible Entries received overall, one (1) from Texas-based entrants, one (1) from California-based entrants, one (1) from Florida-based entrants, one (1) from Illinois-based entrants, and one (1) from New Jersey-based entrants] will be selected in separate random drawings on or about November 27, 2017 from among all eligible Entries received as indicated for each drawing during Entry Period 2 only. Six (6) Grand Prize winners [one (1) from among all eligible Entries received overall, one (1) from Texas-based entrant, one (1) from California-based entrants, one (1) from Florida-based entrants, one (1) from Illinois-based entrants, and one (1) from New Jersey-based entrants] will be selected in separate random drawings on or about April 16, 2018 from among all eligible Entries received as indicated for each drawing during Entry Period 3 only (regardless of state). One thousand three hundred fifty (1,350) First Prize winners [four hundred fifty (450) per Entry Period] and one thousand five hundred (1,500) Second Prize winners [five hundred (500) per Entry Period] will be selected from among all eligible Entries received during each Entry Period (regardless of state). The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Grand Prize during Entry Period 1 will depend on the number of eligible Entries received overall and from Massachusetts based entrants, Nevada-based entrants, Arizona-based entrants, Pennsylvania-based entrants, Delaware-based entrants, Texas-based entrants, California-based entrants, Florida-based entrants, Illinois-based entrants, and New Jersey-based entrants. The odds of winning a Grand Prize during Entry Periods 2 and 3 will depend on the number of eligible Entries received overall and from Texas-based entrants, California-based entrants, Florida-based entrants, Illinois-based entrants, and from New Jersey-based entrants. The odds of winning a First or Second Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. Prizes and approximate retail values (“ARV”): Grand Prize (23 total, as broken out above): A 2-day/1-night trip for two (2) to attend a Sponsor-selected boxing match (the “Match”). Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to destination city, one (1) night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to attend the Match, and $100 awarded as a check made payable to the winner (ARV: $3,950 each). First Prize (1,350 total, 450 per Entry Period): A $65 Sponsor-selected e-gift card. Second Prize (1,500 total, 500 per Entry Period): A $15 Sponsor-selected e-gift card.
