There is one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Nashville, Tennessee consisting of the following (the “Grand Prize”):
(i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Nashville, Tennessee from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence within the 48 contiguous U.S., and a return flight from Nashville, Tennessee;
(ii) eight (8) days/seven (7) nights first class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room);
(iii) one (1) spa treatment for each of Grand Prize Winner and guest;
(iv) two (2) dinners for Grand Prize Winner and guest;

(x) Bites and Sites tour of Nashville’s best eateries for Grand Prize Winner and guest;
(xi) $2,000 spending money for Grand Prize Winner;
(xii) one (1) car rental for duration of stay (subject to valid license and other requirements);
(xiii) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare.
