PRIZES: There will be three (3) weekly prizes awarded (each a “Weekly Prize”) with one (1) Weekly Prize to each Weekly Winner. There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.
Weekly Prize: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) Weekly Prize. Weekly Prize consists of the following: one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) online retailer gift card, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Weekly Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). ERV of all Weekly Prizes is three hundred dollars ($300). Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Weekly Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.
Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”). Trip consists of the following elements: roundtrip standard coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to an airport in or near New York, NY, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (standard room/double occupancy) at a hotel in or near New York, New York, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; a personal photographer for two (2) hours on one (1) day of the Trip, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and one (1) $500 American Express gift card. Grand Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Trip is subject to space availability and select blackout dates apply. Trip must be completed by September 12, 2015.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is four thousand and five hundred ($4,500). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize may vary. ERV of all Prizes is four thousand and eight hundred dollars ($4,800). ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any Prize with an ARV of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won.
