Prizes –
A. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Four Hundred Fifty (450) Prizes: a one-year Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan*, ARV: $250 each. See Rule 9 for Additional Prize Information, Terms & Conditions. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the number of Online Plays and when, during the Promotion Period, that an individual registers (and plays the Instant Win). As part of prize claim procedure, potential Instant Win Prize winners must provide Sponsor/Promotion Administrator with odometer reading on his/her current Nissan or Datsun vehicle upon request but no later than October 10, 2014 at 5:00:00 p.m. ET; and, failure to timely provide an odometer reading will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture without compensation of any kind.
*Instant Win Prize winners who have a current Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan or are ineligible for the Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan will receive a $250 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card in lieu of the Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan. In lieu of the foregoing sentence, Instant Win Prize winners who are GT-R owners who are ineligible for the Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan will receive a $1,250 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card. Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon.
B. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes: Winner’s selection of only ONE of the following vehicles, subject to availability: a 2015 Nissan Altima® sedan, MSRP $33,735; or a 2015 Nissan 370Z® coupe, MSRP $33,235; or a 2015 Nissan Rogue® sport utility vehicle, MSRP $33,510. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive a one-year Nissan Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan, ARV: $250. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
