Grand prize winner must take delivery of motorcycle from sponsor designated dealership nearest winner’s home, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. Sponsor will solely designate and specify available motorcycle including make, model, color and options for prize award. The vehicle will be awarded in “as is” condition. The Sponsor will not provide and specifically disclaim any warranties other than the standard written new motorcycle limited warranty provided with the motorcycle.
