One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following:
a. A four (4) night Bahamas’ Cruise for two (2) on Celebrity Cruises. Cruise includes: stateroom for three (4) nights on a Celebrity Cruise to the Bahamas for two (veranda category stateroom; double occupancy); Cruise must be booked directly through Celebrity Cruises Inc., redemption is based on stateroom availability at time of booking, and certain blackout dates may apply. If actual value of cruise booking is less than $1,000, then the difference will not be awarded. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any cruise. No guest under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked in any stateroom unless accompanied by a person who is twenty-one (21) years or older. If travel companion is under eighteen (18) years of age, winner must be travel companion’s parent/legal guardian. Winner and travel companion must sign the cruise ticket contract prior to being allowed to board the cruise. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all travel documents (such as, but not limited to a passport and/or visa) required for international travel, if applicable. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in these Official Rules, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded the prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, air and ground transportation, and items of a personal nature (i.e., shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All other travel expenses (including, without limitation, ground transportation, telephone charges, food and beverages, gratuities, etc., and all federal, state and local taxes (including applicable income taxes) incurred are the winner’s sole responsibility. ARV: $1,000.00
b. A $1,000.00 American Express Card. Gift Card is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on the Card.
c. A one-year lease on a Sponsor-specified luxury vehicle from Nalley Audi. PLEASE NOTE: Grand Prize Winner must qualify for and enter into a 1-year lease Agreement with Nalley Audi prior to taking possession of the vehicle. In the event winner does not meet the necessary qualifications to enter into the lease agreement, winner will receive $5000.00 in cash in lieu of the lease. Cash award is solely at the discretion of Sponsor. Package, factory options, and other specifics to be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Failure to show same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with the lease, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle from Nalley Audi. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability or for any reason. Taxes on prize is the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. ARV: $12,750.00.
d. A catered dinner for eight (8) to a Sponsor-specified location from Here to Serve (no alcoholic beverages included in prize value). ARV: $1,000.00.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $15,750.00.
Quarter 3 begins July 1, 2014 and ends September 30, 2014
One (1) Quarter 3 Prize: One year FREE oil changes and tire rotations from Nalley Automotive and a $1,000.00 American Express Gift Card. ARV: $1,750.00. Oil changes are awarded in the form of a Nalley Automotive Gift Card and are limited to four (4) oil changes and four (4) tire rotations over twelve (12) months on one (1) vehicle. May not be split between more than one (1) vehicle. In the event winner does not reside within a 50 mile radius of a Nalley Automotive, winner will receive cash in lieu of this portion of the prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Quarter 4 begins on October 1, 2014 and ends on December 31, 2014
One (1) Quarter 4 Prize: Prize to be awarded will be announced before Quarter 3 commences and will be valued at $2000.00. Prize will include a $1,000.00 American Express Gift Card. Gift Cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on the Card.
