Complete the online entry form in its entirety, including all required contact information, including your name, the name of your employer, and office address (city, state, and zip code) by the end of the Contest Period. If the winner is no longer employed by the employer named in the entry form at the time of scheduled delivery of the Prize, the winner will be disqualified and the Prize forfeited; and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.
There will be three (3) monthly drawings during the Contest Period (each a “Contest Drawing”) on the following Dates:

Contest Drawing 2:
November 2, 2015
Contest Drawing 3:
December 1, 2015
Sponsor will randomly select a winning entry from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period on each of the Contest Dates. Non selected entries will be retained and automatically entered into the following Contest Date(s) random drawing through then end of the Contest Period. Once a winner has been selected that Entrant cannot win again.
Prize(s). One (1) winner for a Magnificently Radiant Decadence™ Edible® Grand fruit arrangement will be awarded to one winner randomly selected on each Contest Drawing date. There will be a total of three (3) winners. Each Magnificently Radiant Decadence™ Edible® Grand fruit arrangement will have a retail value of up to US $588.21 (value includes item cost, plus delivery, and sales taxes).
The potential Prize winner(s) must be employed by the named employer in the entry form at the time of Prize selection and delivery. A winner may be disqualified if the Prize cannot be delivered by one of Sponsor’s participating Edible Arrangements® franchise locations to winner(s) place of employment. The Prize must be delivered at the winner(s) place of employment during normal business hours in accordance with Sponsor’s standard business delivery policy.
