    Hi,
It sure would be nice to not have to worry about gas for travling around. We have 1 income and 2 children, one is ready for college and one is a junior. We have a small business just myself and my husband, and things are cut over half. We have been down sizing all the way. My daughter wants to go to a musical theater school in New York and was told she would have to work for a year to help pay her way, not a problem but cut backs are being made and this gas card would help us get the children around the many activities they have and put the money saved there to my daughter college fees. Well, thank you for your time. Shirley

Finances are tight for most people and I’m no exception. I’m a self-employed hairstylist and struggle to make ends meet. My ex-husband put us through bankruptsy, lost our home and closed his business so he wouldn’t have to pay me a very minimal alimony. This gas card would sure help.

I sure could use thus gas money. I’m 67 years old,I’m living off my Social Security check and a part time job.My home is in foreclosure, and I am in serious financial hardship. It would be nice not to have to worry where I’ll get money for gas to get around on.

I’m a single mother of 8. I work full-time and have just started my 2nd income by signing on with Avon. For me, that’d be like a years worth of gas. My children and I don’t travel much, but maybe with this, we could visit Grandma more often!! I know the kids would love that.

As an inventor (U.S. patents: US6845302 B2, 4181844, 4142703 plus a Provisional patent for a vetical type of windmill); a teacher in retirement but working for the New Energy with my – own – TAPES or Turbine And Photovoltaic Engineering System I have a great deal of miles to go by to promote this very promissing TAPES fruit of my years of experience in the Air Force as a test flight technician, hence, my knowledge of the jet engine to create TAPES, some gas in my “Alley” would be of immense help. Thank you. J. Paul

I do not deserve to win anything, I would however like to win the shell gas gift card. I could go visit my parents in Oregon and see my Grandma as well.

  • Marie

    Dr. Phil,

Would love to win the $1000.00 gas card. I don’t have a terrible story to share. We live in a old drafty house and our gas bill has been tremendous. Having not to worry about buying gas for the car would give me a much needed financial break. I do understand that there are people that are in greater need then myself. Thank you for at least acknowledging my letter.

I’m only 16, but old enough to tell when my family is in need of money. With gas costing so high these days, we, my family and I, would appreciate this money.:)
