PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): !
A. Grand Prizes (46): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) people, the
Grand Prize Winner and a guest to a Taylor Swift Concert (the “Concert”) which will take
place during Taylor Swift’s 2015 Tour (“Grand Prize” or “Trip”). The Trip will be for two
(2) days/one (1) night. The Concert date and location for each Grand Prize Winner will
be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Trip includes roundtrip
coach class airfare for up to two (2) people (Grand Prize Winner and a guest) between
the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and an airport
near the selected Concert as selected by Sponsor (both airport locations will be
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and travel to and from the hotel and the
airport. The Grand Prize Winner and guest receive hotel accommodations for two (2)
night(s), single room, double occupancy, in a standard hotel to be determined by the
Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize Winner and guest will each
receive a ticket to the Concert and an opportunity to meet and greet Taylor Swift (which
is subject to Taylor Swift’s availability in her sole and absolute discretion). Finally, the
Grand Prize Winner and guest will receive $250 in the form of Visa® gift card to be used
for meals and other expenses. Travel arrangements for the Grand Prize will be made at
Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her state of
residence, then a parent/guardian must be the guest and must accompany the Grand
Prize Winner at all times during the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner is an adult
and wishes to bring a guest, then the guest must be at least 13 years old. If the guest is
a minor, the Grand Prize winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All other
expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of Grand Prize
Winner and guest. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest will be required to travel on
identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. Air transportation
and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately.
Sponsor will specify travel dates and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no
alternative travel dates are available. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls,
availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are
subject to change. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official
Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the
passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. Sponsor or its designee will make all
travel reservations. Once travel reservations are booked, no changes to such
reservations are permitted, except by Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for
cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including the Concert and/or
airline flights) beyond its control. The Grand Prize Winner and guest are solely
responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel insurance or any other form of
insurance desired (and at their own expense). The Grand Prize Winner and guest
hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance
or any other form of insurance for any part of the Trip. The Grand Prize Winner and his/
her guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid
U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States.
B. First Prizes (46): Each First Prize Winner will receive a “Taylor Swift Prize Package”
which consists of one (1) Taylor Swift Guitar with a replica signature, one (1) Taylor Swift
T-Shirt, and one (1) Taylor Swift Poster (the “First Prize”). Total ARV of each First Prize
is $440.
