Grand prize: One (1) grand prize is available to be won in the Eligible Region consisting only of the following: One (1) 2014 Ford F250 Crew Cab XLT Truck. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is USD$54,150.00.
Grand Prize is limited to the physical truck identified in the previous paragraph and, without limiting the generality of this statement, any taxes, insurance, fuel, on-going maintenance, truck registration/licensing, other licensing, and any other costs, expenses, or fees, associated with owning and operating a truck are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner does not have a choice of colour of truck and cannot add any options including any optional equipment to the truck. Grand Prize may not be as shown in any advertising associated with this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize will be delivered via the Sponsor’s choice of dealership closest to the winner’s place of residence (costs of picking up the truck and releasing it from that dealership/location are all the responsibility of the winner). In order to be eligible to win, on the date the winner picks up the Grand Prize the winner must be in possession of all valid licenses required by local law(s) to take ownership of the truck (including any truck registration/licensing and insurance, all as required by local laws); proof thereof must be presented to the dealership at that time. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing conditions will mean that the potential winner will forfeit their Grand Prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate cash prize of equal value at their sole discretion.
