PRIZE: The sweepstakes winners will receive a trip for two (2) to meet Gina Carano, the star of the upcoming film, Knockout, in Los Angeles, California, or another location of Sponsor’s choice, on dates chosen by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, with two (2) roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winners’ residences to designated location, two (2) days and nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), and a meet and greet with Gina Carano and her trainer. In the event that the winner is a minor under the laws of the state of the winner’s permanent residency, winner/minor must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence and dates of travel. The difference between the ARV and Actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be completed by December 31, 2010 or it will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to require travel on designated dates, in its sole discretion. Flight details and travel dates are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any travel documents or picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel companion’s responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. If winner and guest do not complete the travel by December 31, 2010, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the prize will not be awarded. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel from major airport closest to the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
