don’t put the dashes in the phone number, then it works. they said they’d email me within 24 hours with a code..

It works, no dashes and it only works with the platinum card… Thanks Chris.

no spaces, no dashes, on the PLATINUM card side, it will work. They will e-mail you the download code.

Got ready to download the album but needed the “special” code on the back of the card…so, yes you DO have to be a card member :sad:

Marci, the code you need is the same code you put to get the e-mail. It is the 800 number. It worked just fine for me. Thanks.
