Nice, target is definitely my favorite big box store. I don’t mind going there, where I dread going to places like walmart and kmart

Oh, don’t know if I mentioned that Anchorage got her first Target store, opened on Oct 8. There’s one in Wasilla also, where Sarah Palin is from. They opened the same day. They sent us all $5.00 off coupons. It’s in a completely other part of town from where I live, (fortunately) I haven’t even been there yet, but am definitely looking foward to going. They’re COOL. I live near downtown Anchorage, & Target is way off near the military bases about a 20 minute drive or a 35 minute bus ride away. It’s our first “superstore” Even our Walmart isn’t a “Super”.

I was able to get the sample, thanks Chris, it was actually available in Ak!
Yesterday at the grocery I got several of my favorite kind of cold cereal on a great sale, almost half off, then when I paid, got a coupon for $3.00 off anything in the store next time I go shopping for getting at least 3 boxes of the cereal. Now that I know about it, I think I can stand to stock up on this cereal. 3 at a time, of course. That’s always a nice surprise, something like that happening.

:sigh: I am going to Wags they are ALWAYS out of everything and I still have rain checks from 2 weeks ago. Hmm maybe they will have things in stock today but I know nothing on sale in todays ad will be in stock.
